Order Validity Period
Orders are valid for 3 days. If payment is not received within 3 days after placing your order, we will assume you no longer wish to purchase and the order will be automatically canceled.

For initial defects that occur within 7 days of the product's arrival, we will provide a replacement or repair.
Delivery Time

Returns
Please be sure to check for any defects in the product. In the unlikely event that a product is defective or differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will handle the exchange at our expense. If an exchange is not possible, such as with sold-out, discontinued, or limited-edition items, we will refund the product price and cash-on-delivery fees after the product has been returned to us at our expense.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders due to customer convenience.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
• Items for which 8 days or more have passed since arrival
• Items used by the customer
• Items damaged or soiled by the customer
• Items processed or repaired by the customer
• Cases where accessories such as the product box, tags, or instruction manuals have been soiled, damaged, or lost
