Order Validity Period
Orders are valid for 3 days. If payment is not received within 3 days of placing your order, we will assume you no longer wish to purchase and will automatically cancel your order.

For initial defects that occur within 7 days of the product's arrival, we will provide a replacement or repair.
Delivery Time

Returns
Please be sure to check for any defects upon arrival. In the unlikely event that a product is defective or differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange at our own shipping expense. If an exchange is not possible due to the item being sold out, discontinued, or a limited edition, we will refund the product price and cash-on-delivery fees after you return the item at our shipping expense.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders due to customer preference.
Additionally, please note that returns and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
・Items 8 days or more after delivery ・Items used by the customer ・Items damaged or soiled by the customer ・Items processed or repaired by the customer ・Cases where accessories such as boxes, tags, or instruction manuals have been soiled, damaged, or lost
